Email Package 1:
20 Email addresses that get forwarded to personal email boxes. For example, we would set up a sales email address for Citadel Computer Systems that might be sales@citadelcomputer.com.au. This email is then forwarded to a personal email account such as citadelsales@bigpond.com.au .The user must then read his email through the bigpond account and reply to messages from this account. They might be able to send their emails with an from address of sale@citadelcomputer.com.au . This is all dependent on the personal mailbox they are using.
No mailbox size limit, as emails are not stored on our server.
Email Package 2:
5 Email addresses that are accessed via POP3. That is, each user must set up their personal mailboxes to receive email through citadel’s email server. Users access the email by dialling up through their own ISP. They can configure their mailboxes to send emails with a "from" address that Citadel Computer Systems provide them.
There is a 10MB mailbox size limit for each email address hence a total of 50MB between the 5 email addresses.
There is a charge of $50p/a for each additional email address.
Email Package 3:
5 Email addresses that are accessed via an Internet browser – "Webmail". Users go to a specific URL where they can access their mailboxes. They can send and receive emails from this mailbox with the email address assigned to them by Citadel.
Mail server has antivirus software to scan emails for viruses
